Programs

Pathways designed to lead to real opportunity.

Neni works through locally grounded partnerships to connect women and girls with relevant skills, trusted relationships, paid experience, and pathways into education, employment, entrepreneurship, and advancement.

The program meets women and girls where they are and connects learning to credible economic opportunity. Participants develop relevant skills, build trusted relationships, gain exposure to careers, access paid experience, and navigate pathways into education, employment, entrepreneurship, and advancement.

One model. Locally built pathways.Neni addresses a global challenge through locally grounded action. The intended outcomes remain consistent, while each program responds to the participants, institutions, employers, and economic conditions of its community.

Measurement

We measure whether opportunity leads to progress.

Neni measures success through education and training completion, credentials earned, paid experience secured, employment and enterprise income, retention, earnings growth, and career advancement. Reach matters, but participation alone is not the outcome. Neni tracks whether women and girls gain opportunities they can use and progress they can sustain.
